Combined rifle will be useful both for people who spend most of their life in the forest, for which hunting is always present, and for those who are on it from time to time. Choosing a specific model, be guided by the fact that the weapon was unpretentious, as universal as possible, light enough, trouble-free, not requiring exotic ammunition, easy to maintain, but powerful and accurate. In addition to technical parameters, it must have an acceptable price.

Both in Russia and in Germany - historically predisposed countries for the use of such weapons - the dominant types are two: a combined shotgun for hunting small animals with a limit of no more than roe deer and a rifle with a rifled barrel for slaughter charges for the largest beast (bear, moose, Wild boar). Ammunition

Conditionally, cartridges can be divided into two classes: ammunition up to three hundredth and higher. At the moment, the favorite of the first group is 308Win, and the second one is 9.3x74. But choosing the caliber of the rifled barrel, it is necessary to take into account the variability of the used ammunition. To date, available for independent equipment and ready-made cartridges 308Win have a large number of types of bullets. Such an assortment will allow selecting the necessary ammunition for a specific task. The ruler is represented as heavy expansive bullets for sure defeat of even the largest beast, and light shell, capable of delicately hitting a small target. This model differs from one other representatives of its series only with a block of trunks. The rifled barrel (5.6 mm) is located above the smooth (20 gauge). This model was developed in 1992. Like the other "ninety-nine" IZH-94 "North" has detachable, horizontally paired trunks. Their length is 600 mm, the length of the chamber - 70 mm (smooth barrel) and 19.5 mm (threaded). The block weighs a little more than one kilogram. The weight of the gun is three kilograms. The center of gravity is located 95 mm from the shoe.

Description of the weapon

The smooth trunk inside is protected by a chrome plating, but rifling is not subjected to such processing (the production representatives explain this by the lack of necessary equipment). An open sighting device is a fly that can be adjusted in height, as well as a cage fixed for vertical adjustment, but having a horizontal course. In this model, Izhmash designers excluded all negative phenomena typical for Taiga and IZh-94R - the trunks are connected by means of an interlock bar and couplings. In the breech block there is a podstvolny hook, responsible for their locking. In addition, it has a mount for the "swallowtail". Advantages

This model is the most successful of all the series "94", despite the fact that it is quite specific for the used ammunition in the rifled barrel, because such a cartridge is not suitable for every hunter. In general, it is a very undemanding reliable rifle, which can be safely called the best representative of this class of the company "Izhmash". However, with all its merits, it should be noted and shortcomings. Most hunters believe that the cost of this gun is unreasonably high.
