The flowers are dark red, at the beginning of flowering almost black, velvety with yellow stamens. Their diameter is 12-17 cm. The first flowering occurs in May and lasts until July (last year's shoots), repeated (after pruning) from August to September. Clematis Niobe has dark green, complex, feathery leaves. The bush is compact enough. The plant is undemanding to lighting conditions, it is resistant to diseases (practically does not get sick). Clematis Niobe is not fastidious to the composition of the soil, has excellent resistance to drought, heat and at the same time perfectly tolerates low temperatures. It grows very fast, does not require much space, blossoms long enough.

The planting of seedlings is best carried out at the end of May. They are planted from neighboring plants at a distance of 50-80 cm. To do this, dig a pit 50x50x50 cm, to the bottom of which drainage is laid (gravel, gravel), then 2-3 buckets of compost or humus, 1 bucket of peat and sand, superphosphate (100-150 G). The seedlings are buried in the soil for 5-10 cm. The earth around the plant is slightly rammed, abundantly watered and mulched.
Supports
For good development and abundant flowering clematis, the supports are of considerable importance. They should not only be practical and convenient for plants, but also beautiful. The supporting structure is made of galvanized pipes, the diameter of which is 3/4 inches. They are well combined with impregnated with drying oil or stain, wooden grilles, stretched kapron net. Lianas cling to them and climb up.
