So what ingredients do we need to make delicate chicken cutlets with oat flakes? To implement the presented recipe, we will need:

  • Ready-made mince of chicken breasts - about 500 g;
  • The egg is large - 1 piece;
  • Oatmeal flakes intended for quick cooking - about ½ cup;
  • Whole milk - ½ cup (if desired, you can use ordinary water);
  • Breadcrumbs and sunflower oil - at the discretion (for heat treatment of the dish);
  • Large bulb bulb - 1 pc .;
  • Garlic cloves - 2 pieces;
  • Pepper and salt - apply to your liking.

Preparation of the basis

Before forming chicken cutlets with oat flakes, it is necessary to prepare a fragrant meat base. To do this, a large egg is beaten with a fork, and then pour in milk to it and mix well. Having received a homogeneous mass, oatmeal is poured into it, and then covered with a lid and left in the heat for 35 minutes. In the meantime, they start processing minced meat.

We prepare a basis for cutlets

To prepare the meat base oat flakes are poured into a deep bowl, and then poured with natural drinking yogurt without additives, mixed and left aside for 25-35 minutes. The specified time should be enough to ensure that the oats are thoroughly swollen and form a viscous gruel.

While the oatmeal is soaked in a bowl, prepare the meat mass. To do this, chopped onions are added to the finished chicken ground (from the breasts), and also grated potatoes, oregano, salt, dried parsley and pepper.
