"Chebupeli" - what is it? How to cook at home?

Recently, a commercial of a semi-finished product called "Chebupeli" flashes on the TV screens. What is it and what is the product stuffed with? This question interested the consumer. A little understanding in the line of the trading company "Hot Thing", which produces frozen goods, we realized that this is a hybrid of chebureks and classic ravioli.

"Chebupeli": a recipe for minced meat

  • 200 ml of filtered water;
  • chicken egg;

  • A little salt;
  • A tablespoon of vegetable oil.

For filling:

  • Half a kilogram of pork and ground beef;

  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • Spices: black pepper, marjoram.

Preheat the water to 60 degrees, stir in it salt - the amount determined by eye and at the discretion. In the sifted flour, drive in the egg, then pour in hot water and oil. Stir well until a homogeneous elastic mass. Powder flour, cover the lump of dough food film and send a "rest" in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

During this time we will prepare forcemeat for "Chebupeli" (what is it, it was described a little above). To make the product juicy, you need a chopped onion, which we mix with meat. Also in the filling we add garlic and seasoning. Optionally, cut the greens.

We take out the dough, roll out a very thin layer and squeeze cakes with a small glass. On top of each cut out mug we lay the stuffing. We fix it in the form of a large varenyk. To make the edges look beautiful, use a fork. Fry from both sides on sunflower oil until a crispy crust is formed. Serve with sour cream and fresh vegetables.

Cheese Chebupels

What it is? A rich meal, used as a snack and a full meal. The melted cheese in the fried dough creates an excellent taste composition. A set of ingredients for tortilla:

  • A glass of kefir;
  • Three hundred grams of flour;
  • ½ dessert spoonful of soda;
  • A little sugar and salt.

Ingredients:

  • Cheese of solid sorts - two hundred grams;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • Ham - 150 g;
  • egg.

Instructions

In kefir add all the free-flowing ingredients (sugar, salt, soda). Sift the specified amount of flour. For a more elastic consistency, pour a spoonful of vegetable oil and put the dough into the refrigerator for half an hour.

We make the filling: in thin strips we cut the ham (if desired, can be fried), combine with grated cheese and squeezed garlic. Drive in the egg, mix thoroughly. We take out the dough, roll out the flat cake, cut out the round billets into a glass, on which we spread the cheese-ham mass.

Fold out the crescent and fry it on the hot oil "Chebupeli". "Hot little thing" of home production is a full dish for your children. It is interesting and unusual to get cottage cheese and dill, fish, chicken fillet, potatoes.
