Cauliflower with minced meat: a few tips for cooking

If you adhere to the existing rules of product compatibility, then the combination of cauliflower and meat is considered highly undesirable. However, their simultaneous use sometimes allows you to cook quite tasty dishes. True, it will be difficult for the human body to perceive them due to the peculiarities of digesting each separately taken component. But sometimes there are cases when for the sake of the final result we have to deviate from the generally accepted norms. For example, cauliflower with minced meat is one such exception. In order to verify this, you can consider several interesting options for their preparation.

Quenching in a frying pan

Cauliflower with minced meat is very delicious, if you just put it out in a frying pan. This is the simplest way of processing, which allows any mistress to maximize her imagination. The standard version provides the following ratio of products: 200 grams of colored cabbage, 1 egg, 100 grams of ground meat, salt, 50 milliliters of milk, fresh herbs and vegetable oil.

Preparing cauliflower with minced meat is easy:

  1. First, the head is to be lowered for 3 minutes into boiling, slightly salted water, and then, after cooling it, disassemble the smallest inflorescences.
  2. Prepared cabbage with minced meat and put on a pan and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, adding a little water.
  3. As soon as moisture evaporates, vegetable oil should be poured into the frying pan.
  4. Separately, in a plate, beat the egg with milk, adding a pinch of salt.
  5. Prepare the prepared mixture with food and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat.

Another hot dish should be sprinkled with chopped herbs. After that, it can be laid out on plates and carry to the table.

Delicate cutlets

Cauliflower with minced meat can also be excellent ingredients for cutlets. This option is good for those who do not like boiled vegetables. In this case, a completely standard set of components is used: 400 grams of cabbage, a clove of garlic, an egg, 60 grams of flour, 200 grams of minced meat, a bulb and spices.

The dish is prepared according to the usual technology:

  1. First, the onion should be cut into small pieces, and the greens - optionally crumble.
  2. Inflorescence of cabbage is first boiled for 15 minutes in salt water, and then knead them in gruel, using a meat grinder or a blender for this.
  3. All the ingredients are collected in a deep bowl, squeezed through the press garlic and kneaded with mince. Flour is added in the last turn.
  4. From the prepared mass to form round billets and fry them from two sides until the appearance of a ruddy characteristic crust.

On a garnish with such cutlets you can serve mashed potatoes. Although they can perfectly perform as an independent dish.

Baking in the oven

Very original looks cauliflower with minced meat, baked in the oven. The dish looks elegant and can be turned into an ordinary dinner. For work it will be required: 1 head of medium-sized cabbage, egg, onion, 250 grams of minced meat, salt, vegetable oil and pepper.

This recipe can be attributed to the category "in haste". Everything is done very quickly:

  1. First of all, the stuffing should be shifted to a deep plate and gently kneaded with a regular fork.
  2. Chop onion and lightly salvage in a frying pan in oil. Then, together with salt and pepper, add it to the stuffing and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cabbage first blanch 5 minutes in boiling water with the addition of a small amount of salt, and then disassemble on the inflorescence.
  4. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  5. At the bottom of the heatproof form, oiled with oil, place prepared meat mince.
  6. From above distribute cabbage inflorescences and pour them with beaten egg.
  7. Place the form in the oven for 30 minutes.

The finished product can be decorated with greens. And it is not absolutely necessary to cut it. It's better just to break your hands.

Stuffed Cabbage

Sometimes the preparation of cabbage to work takes too much time. For those who do not like it, cauliflower with minced meat, baked in the oven entirely, will do. This method is interesting not only for the manner of execution, but also for a set of basic ingredients. They need not so much: 600 grams of minced meat, 1 carrot, 800 grams of cabbage, egg, salt, onion, black pepper, 25 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of cheese, 4 tablespoons of thick mayonnaise and any seasonings.

The cooking process is reduced to performing the following operations:

  1. To begin with, cabbage must be boiled to the state of "al dente" in salt water. This will take 6-7 minutes.
  2. To prepare the filling, the first thing to do is to roast the chopped onions and carrots. After cooling, they should be mixed with minced meat, adding the remaining ingredients.
  3. The resulting mixture is packed with head, gently pushing the inflorescence of the fingers. Treat the surface with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise.
  4. Oven preheat at least a minimum of 200 degrees.
  5. Stuffed cabbage put in a form, cover with foil and put in the oven for half an hour.

The finished product can be cut with a knife on equal pieces and served to a table with any vegetables.
