Carp, baked in foil - just delicious!

So you want something delicious to pamper your family and friends. It would seem that carp is a common fish, but carp baked in foil is just delicious!

Although it is a bony fish, the meat is very tender and juicy. A garnish, which is served with carp, gives the dish a special taste and royal look.

To prepare such an appetizing dish, like carp, baked in foil, we will need such products:

- Carp - 1 kg 200 g;

- large Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;

- Crimean sweet onions - 1 piece;

- Spices;

- olive oil;

- a large lemon - 1 piece;

- medium potatoes - 2 pcs .;

- medium carrot - 1 pc.

Also at hand should be:

  1. Knife.
  2. Fork.
  3. Pothold.
  4. A spoon.
  5. Dishes.
  6. Foil food.
  7. Shoulder.
  8. Oven.
  9. Bowls.
  10. Dish for serving on the table.
  11. A tray.
  12. Cutting board.

We start to cook our yummy carp, baked in foil.

First, we prepare vegetables for garnish. Carrot with a sharp knife is cleaned and washed in running water. Then we take the board for the cutting of products and cut it with thin mugs. Shred the carrots on a plate.

Now you need to prepare the onions. To do this, we clean it, rinse it and cut it with a sharp knife into thin rings. Sliced onions we put on a separate bowl.

The third ingredient that is included in the garnish is the potato. You do not need to clean it. Just wash it well and cut it into thin circles. Put everything on the plate.

It was the turn of pepper. It can choose any color, the taste of this does not change, you just give the dish a beautiful appearance. Like all the previous products, pepper should be washed under the water and carefully, so as not to damage, remove the seeds and the tail. Wash again. After cutting the vegetable with thin circles. Spread out on a plate.

The fifth component of the garnish is parsley. We wash it, crush it with a sharp knife on the board. Already on a plate of parsley it is necessary to salt and add spices.

Important! The main thing is not to overdo it with salt, because then we will also salt the fish.

When the preparation of the garnish is over, we take the carp already peeled and from all sides rub it with spices, and also with salt. We marin for an hour.

We cut thinly a lemon.

When the fish is marinated, take our greens and stuff it with carp. After that, put the lemon rings inside the fish to the parsley. Already stuffed fish cut from above with a sharp thin knife across the carcass. The incisions need to be made at a great distance from each other.

We cover the baking sheet with foil and lubricate it with oil. Lay the layers of garnish. The first layer - potatoes, the second - carrots, the third - onions, the fourth - sweet pepper. We lay carps on top of vegetables. On the fish again, vegetable garnish.

We wrap all the ingredients in the same foil as they put on the baking tray. Turn it around so that you can easily unfold the edges.

We warm the oven and at the temperature of 220 degrees bake for about 40 minutes. We take out the fish, unfold the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Carp should lightly brown.

After cooking, garnish and fish should cool down. Then we shift the baked carp to a dish, and we put a vegetable garnish around.

Approximately the same technology, you can prepare fish dishes such as "Carp baked in sour cream" and "Carp baked in the sleeve".
