Cabbage salad for the winter

Vitamin simple cabbage salad for winter without heat treatment is harvested in large quantities and stored in cans. Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ kg of white cabbage;

  • 1 cup (faceted) of sugar;
  • 2 table spoons of salt;
  • 1 cup (thin) of vegetable oil;
  • 1 cup (thin) 9% vinegar.

Grind the vegetables with a knife. Fold in a large basin, pour salt, sugar, watered with vinegar and oil. The whole mass carefully (do not crush the vegetables, especially the ribbons of cabbage so that it does not give juice) is mixed into the pelvis. Lay out in clean jars and rammed with tolstick. Cover the can of gauze. Leave in the room for 3 days. Then cover with lids made of polyethylene and clean in a cold cellar. This salad is stored for a long time. This cabbage salad is easy to prepare for the winter, but it is stored well in a cool place. You will need products:

  • 2 ½ kg of cabbage;
  • ½ kg of pepper;
  • ½ kg of onion;
  • ½ kg of carrots;
  • 1 tablespoon of table salt (topped);
  • ¾ cup (faceted) of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon table vinegar essence (70% acetic acid solution);
  • ½ cup of boiled water (cold);
  • 1 cup (thin) of vegetable oil.

Carrots are grinded on a large grater, cabbage and other vegetables are cut. All are shifted to the pelvis. Add sugar, salt, water with acetic essence, butter. All mixed, put in jars. They store it in the cellar.
