This recipe for broccoli soup is very simple, you will only need:

- 400 grams of broccoli;

- 1 carrot;

- 2 -3 medium tomatoes;

- 2 small onions;

- a tablespoon of butter;

- meat broth (the best thing to take for cooking chicken, and not some other, for example, beef);

- 2 - 3 are also medium-sized potatoes;

- parsley and dill to taste, who loves as much.

The onion is neatly cut into half rings, laid out on a frying pan, smeared with a small amount of sunflower oil, and fried until golden transparency. Broccoli is divided into inflorescences and is laid out in boiling chicken broth. Then there are fried onions and diced potatoes and carrots. Everything is cooked until ready, but 5 minutes before the completion should be put peeled and crushed tomatoes. As you can see, there are many vegetables in the composition, and therefore this soup even has one more name - vegetable soup with broccoli.

Appetite looks, if this soup is served with sour cream. And vegetarians can use when cooking is not meat, and vegetable broth, it will turn out also not bad.

Products: 10 grams of oil, squeezed out of walnut, 30 grams of almonds, 20 grams of sesame, 450 grams of broccoli, 1 teaspoon of iodized salt, hops-suneli, red and black peppers (you can also use nutmeg, thyme and zir.

Head of cabbage broccoli should be thoroughly washed and then divided into inflorescences. In a saucepan bring the water to a boil and put the already prepared inflorescences in it, while you can also put a stem there. Water should be taken so much that it completely covers the cabbage. Then broccoli is cooked until ready (it takes somewhere about 5 to 7 minutes). Spices and salt are added.

Now it's time to move on to the almonds. It is poured with boiling water and soaks for a while. Then the nuts are peeled and crushed in a blender. Then the boiled inflorescences of cabbage are placed in the same bowl of the blender. Gradually pouring the remaining broth, bring everything to the necessary consistency (everyone chooses himself, it's a matter of taste). Everything, the dish is ready, and it remains only to spread out on plates. But even here it's not so simple. In each plate you need to add a teaspoon of vegetable oil and a little bit of oil from a walnut. And from the top sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped almonds. At the exit - a tasty and useful broccoli soup. The recipe , of course, is complicated, but the result is worth it.

Ingredients: meat broth, carrots, 2 heads of broccoli, 2 potatoes, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, a half glass of cream, salt and spices.

Prepare the broth (it will be more delicious if you make beef, but it's not important), and then take the meat out of it - it will not be needed more in the preparation of this dish. All the most favorite seasonings are put in the broth. Then wash and clean the vegetables: potatoes, carrots and cabbage. They are cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan. Then they pour the broth so that it covers them a little. And we put everything on an average fire to cook until ready. After the vegetables are cooked in the broth, they need to be kneaded to a homogeneous consistency, and you can even do this in a blender. The resultant vegetable purée is added to the broth and allowed to boil.

While the mashed potatoes with the broth are brought to a boil, a sauce is prepared: a butter is put on the frying pan, the flour is fried and filled with cream (that is, as a result, broccoli soup with cream is obtained). Everything is brought to the thick and poured into boiling soup. You can also put a spoonful of processed cheese in the soup, so it will taste better. Only then need to intensively interfere for two minutes, so that the cheese is stirred, and not sank to the bottom and did not burn to him. So our broccoli soup is ready! Recipe with cream allows it to give it a soft and delicate taste.
