Beer "Tuborg": producer, photo, reviews

For the first time about beer "Tuborg" became known in the late 19th century. Nobody could even think that this ordinary product will bring its country truly world fame.

old story

It all began in Denmark. It was there that in 1873, not far from Copenhagen, no-one known Karl Tietgen built a factory for the production of the famous foam drink. He named his beer "Tuborg" in honor of the castle of the same name, which in the 17th century was the property of the prosperous merchant Jonas Tue. For the merchant, the house was a real fortress and protection. Hence the name. After all, in the translation from the Danish borg - it's "castle", and Tuborg can be translated as "Tue Castle". So the name of a person usually goes down in history. Who would have thought that in a few hundred years the name of one of the inhabitants of the suburbs of the capital would involuntarily be pronounced by people around the world?

Beer "Tuborg" immediately became very popular. The reason for this was not only the excellent taste and fine aroma of the old drink. To a greater extent here, strangely enough, the role of tar was played. In those years, beer was mostly sold in barrels, and Tuborg owners decided to pour it into bottles for the first time in the country. This brought fame to the new drink.

Assortment of "Tuborga"

Beer "Tuborg" can not be confused with any other. The reason lies in its recipe. The secret is in the special yeast that is used for its production. Their composition is protected by commercial secret and underlies the unique taste qualities of the drink. Currently, the company produces several varieties of famous beer. To get acquainted with them the table will help.

Assortment list Tuborg
№ п / п Product name The content of alcohol is not less,
% (Volume percent)
Colour
1 Tuborg Green 4.6 Bright
2 Tuborg Gold 5 Bright
3 Tuborg Black 4.8 Dark
4 Tuborg Lemon 4,5 Bright
5 Tuborg Christmas Brew 5.6 Bright

Each of the above varieties is unique in its own way. But one thing unites them: a subtle and unusually easy taste. "Tuborg" is perfect for a noisy party, and for a heartfelt friendly chat. In it there is no inherent bitterness, therefore in a heat a glass of such drink is simply irreplaceable. At modern factories, Tuborg is packed into glass bottles, tin cans and kegs.

What does the consumer think?

Now more than one hundred countries in the world sell beer "Tuborg" in their outlets. Customer feedback on it is mostly positive. Consumers note that beer is unusually light and extremely tasty. He never gets a headache, even if he drinks a lot. Already this fact speaks about the quality of the product.

But some people do not like it. There are amateurs who think that beer must be strong, fragrant and have pronounced bitterness in taste. Such people leave negative feedback about the drink "Tuborg". Less experienced customers are not always able to notice the difference in taste and distinguish one variety from another, so sometimes there is an opinion that all beer is poured from one container, only labels are different. This opinion is not worth paying attention to. In general, the overwhelming majority still puts "Tuborg" an order of magnitude higher than many other, no less famous brands of beer.

Beverage Manufacturers

The brewery of Tietgen constantly increased production volumes and pleased its customers with new and new species. So, in 1880 Tuborg Green was put into production, and five years later Tuborg Gold appeared. People really liked the new beer "Tuborg". The manufacturer tried to satisfy the needs of the people. Over the years, the drink became more and more famous. At first it was issued only for the domestic market, but eventually went beyond it. To strengthen its position, Karl Tietgen's company in 1894 merged with eleven other breweries in the country, and a concern was formed called The United Breweries, which competed with the famous company Karlsberg in those years.

Less than ten years ago, an agreement was signed between corporations to divide spheres of influence, and in 1970 the world-famous Carlsberg simply bought out its competitor. From this time, popular Danish beer began to be produced in other European countries. In 1991, a group of Scandinavian companies merged into a union called Baltic Beverages Holding, which was involved in the investment of brewing in the countries of the former Soviet Union. The famous "Tuborg" began its march around the world, and now 21 countries produce it under license not only in Europe, but also in Africa and Asia.

With my own eyes

Now almost everyone in the world knows what the Tuborg beer looks like. His photos flaunt themselves in magazines, booklets and on advertising posters. In the pictures, the product is visible in all its glory. The buyer can consider the original bottle with a convenient stopper, for which there is no need for openers. With the help of a special ring, it can be easily removed in one motion. The label of each product is made according to the color of the product contained in it. This is made for the convenience of buying beer in the retail chain. A small-sized sticker contains all the information about the drink and does not clutter the surface of the bottle. This makes it possible to examine its content.

The largest and most visible advertisement is a monument to the famous beer, installed on the territory of the manufacturer in Denmark. This structure is in the form of a bottle with a height of twenty-six meters, inside which there is an elevator. With its help, tourists can climb to the very top of the structure and enjoy the panorama of Copenhagen.

Which "Tuborg" is better?

As is known, basically "Tuborg" is a light beer. The only exception is Tuborg Black. All over the world, one of the most popular brands is the ancient drink of Denmark - Tuborg Green. This bright camp is made from purified water, light barley malt, hops and maltose molasses. The strength of the drink is relatively low and is only 4.6 percent. Special yeast, which is used for its preparation, gives the drink a unique taste, a unique aroma and contribute to the creation of a stable foam in the glass. The latter quality is especially appreciated by connoisseurs of brewing art. Producers, wishing to emphasize the unique uniqueness of the drink, placed on its label the exact image of the crown, which is itself the queen of Denmark. Local residents even jokingly notice that they now have not only Queen Margaret, but King Tuborg. This comparison and public recognition is the best characteristic that can only be given to any product.
