So, to prepare a classic beef soup, the recipe of which mistresses use for hundreds of years, you need to take only the freshest and best ingredients. The most important, of course, is meat. For such a soup, it is better to take beef tenderloin and, if possible, use the scapula part. You will also need carrots, tomatoes, onions and spices. This soup captivates with its taste and simplicity. Even without a culinary education, anyone can cook it deliciously. And when the classic recipe is fully mastered - do not be afraid to improve it with new ingredients, because there are a lot of variations of beef soup.

Harcho - the most famous soup of beef, the recipe of which differs from all the usual tomato and a special set of spices. A mixture of seasonings "hops-suneli" was created precisely for this soup. It perfectly shades all the ingredients, especially beef and garlic, making the soup absolutely original and unlike any other. Rice cook separately, and then bake in the oven with butter. Due to this, the soup has a weak milk taste, which goes well with beef.

Of the known unusual beef soups, soup of beef with vermicelli should be noted. His appearance is due to the Uzbek cuisine and does not contain complex unusual additives. Cook it from potatoes, carrots, onions and beef, and in the end add vermicelli.

Nutritionists recommend to use moderately soup from beef, the recipe of which contains roast and thick broth. Although it is considered dietary meat, you need to limit the consumption of up to 300-500g of soup a day. If you still really like beef soup and do not want to spoil your figure, then before you add the vegetable filling to the beef, drain the broth and use plain water. Thus, fatty compounds and cholesterol remain in the water, and the meat itself will contain only useful vitamins, proteins and trace elements.
