- 150 grams of ham;

- 2 tbsp. L. Flour;

- 100 grams of feathers onions;

- 2 tbsp. L. olive oil;

- 2 tbsp. L. Mustard;

- chopped herbs and parsley;

- salt, spices, black pepper.

Dried mushrooms for the filling soak in water. Finely chopped onion slightly extinguished in melted or olive oil. Fry the flour in a little oil not more than a minute. Chop the ham with long bars.

Soaked mushrooms, fried onions and parsley to pass through a meat grinder. Pour a little water in which mushrooms are soaked, egg yolk, fried flour, mustard, salt and pepper as needed. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
