One of the most useful fruits available in our latitudes is the apple. In themselves, the fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which are very necessary for man. Especially a lot of apples contain such an element as iron - very necessary for the process of hematopoiesis in the human body.

As a result of long-term laboratory studies it was found that this fruit contains substances that block the formation of tumor cells in the human body and stop their growth, which excludes the development of cancer in the cells of the liver and intestines. In particular, these are antioxidants (flavonoids).

It is a mistake to say that because of the high content of ascorbic acid, these fruits are contraindicated for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. So, one apple on average contains about 11% of the daily intake of vitamin C, and its content in the same orange - 10 times more.
