Appetizing and juicy buckwheat with chicken.

Buckwheat is a very tasty, useful and quite nutritious cereal. It is considered one of the best dietary products. Of all the cereals in buckwheat contains the least amount of carbohydrates and while it includes a large amount of protein and amino acids. Buckwheat with chicken

We need: a glass of buckwheat, two chicken legs, a tablespoon of ketchup, an onion, Bulgarian pepper, carrots.

For cereals: ground ginger, fresh parsley, a pinch of salt.

For chicken: curry, salt, basil.

Preparation: we take the buckwheat , mine, with two glasses of water. Vegetables are cleaned, cut into cubes and added to buckwheat. Chicken my meat, if desired, remove the skin and sprinkle it with spices. From the foil we make a plate with sides, put a little bit of onions cut into rings, then put the chicken and on top the rest of the onion. All water ketchup and fix the edges of the foil as tightly as possible.

In the steamer we spread the chicken in foil, buckwheat and cook until ready. Buckwheat with chicken, cooked in a double boiler, preserves all vitamins as much as possible.

Porridge is laid out on a wide dish. In it we add a piece of butter and sprinkle with greens.

Buckwheat with chicken in a pot

Ingredients: 400 grams of chicken fillet, two glasses of buckwheat, a small onion, carrots, fresh parsley, green onions, vegetable oil, any broth and salt.

Preparation: the fillets should be thoroughly washed, cut into portions, add a pinch of salt and fry very quickly on high heat. Fried pieces are placed in clay pots. The bulb is cleaned and finely shredded, the carrots are large on a grater and fry them lightly.

Buckwheat washed in cold water and put in pots for meat. The amount of buckwheat depends on the size of your pot, the main thing is that they are one-third incomplete, as the porridge will increase in volume.

Buckwheat slightly prisalivaem, in pots we spread a roast from carrots and onions and chopped herbs. All this is filled with broth so that the liquid does not reach the edges by four centimeters.

Buckwheat with chicken is cooked in the oven for about half an hour and turns out very juicy and fragrant.

Buckwheat with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients: a glass of buckwheat, chicken breast, a glass of cream (low-fat), 200 grams of champignons, vegetable oil, two cloves of garlic, pepper and salt.

Preparation: buckwheat well washed and poured three glasses of hot water, a little salt and leave it to swell. Then put it on the fire and cook until done. Cook should not be very long, because the porridge is almost ready.

The chicken breast is washed, cut into small pieces and fried over high heat. Mushrooms are mine, cut into plates and also fry. Chicken and mushrooms are combined, carefully pour in the cream, add crushed garlic and mix. Next, spread buckwheat porridge, a little pepper and salt to taste.
