Animation for presentation: what is its meaning and how to use it?

The modern world is a fount of information and its visual representation. About this you can say almost any employee of the advertising field. Where it is easier to conquer the heart of the consumer, if you submit all the information about your product in a colorful graphic form.

The best way to do this is for presentations that can be created in the standard office suite from Microsoft - Powerpoint. This contributes to this important fact that the design for PowerPoint presentations is created by highly qualified specialists.

With its help, you can create materials of almost any level: from the simplest (for internal use) to real works of art, which can be used to attract customers and increase the profitability of the company. Not the least role in this is the animation for the presentation, which allows you to "revitalize" even the most boring project.

How to do it?

For example, let's try to insert into the PowerPoint presentation some not too complex object. To do this, use the "Paste animation" command. This button is located in the same tab.

In the dialog box that appears, you can select any template you like (this is easy to do, because the appearance of the template is well displayed in the field for viewing), and then click on the Apply button. After that, the slide immediately acquires the required form. This animation for presentation will be shown to you the next time you start the file.

Note that standard effects must be "assigned" to each object on the slide individually.

Self-tuning

After you practice in creating the simplest effects, you can try to make them yourself. To do this, select the "Animation-User" tab. Attention! If you select this item, the animation for the presentation is created by marking the path of the object in the slide field. The user sets the binding points.

Change the order of appearance of objects

In addition, when preparing your project, it will not be superfluous to use the "Change the order of animation" mode, the switch to which is located on the right side of the toolbar. It accurately "adapts" the time and order of appearance of objects. To do this, the desired element on the slide is highlighted with the left mouse button, then the "Move forward / back" button, also located on the right side, is pressed.

Of course, that's how you can conduct and edit the shortcomings you identified. This is very important, because otherwise they could have been noticed already after the presentation was included directly in front of clients or your management.

Visual effects when moving to another slide

Using the "Transition" toolbar, you need to set visual effects when moving from a slide to a slide. We remind you that animation for presentation involves the use of hundreds of them, and in the latest versions of their collection can be supplemented by downloading the necessary files from the Internet.

Display in automatic mode

By clicking the "Transition Settings" button, you can set the timing for your presentation. After that, PowerPoint will automatically be switched to slide show mode in full-screen mode. For your convenience, a timer will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen, indicating the time remaining until the end of each slide show.

This is done so that you can timely correct the duration of the display of pictures by increasing or decreasing it. How do I run the final presentation? It's very simple: just click on the Slide Show button to appreciate all the work done by you. In addition, you can use the F5 key on the keyboard for the same purpose.

This is how the animation is used for PowerPoint presentations.
