For preparation:

Pollock - 750 g;

vegetable oil;

Onions - a few pieces;

Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons;

First you need to clean and wash the fish, then divide one carcass into three parts. Each slice sprinkle with pepper, salt and leave for about 16 minutes to soak. Meanwhile, peel the onions and carrots, then grate on the grater. Cut the onions into rings or semirings. After that, fry all the vegetables on the vegetable oil until half cooked. Add tomato sauce to them for about 4 minutes, then add a little salt. Grate the cheese. Then fry the pieces of Alaska pollack in a frying pan and put in a special dish for the microwave oven. On top of the fish lay out the marinade and sprinkle with cheese. We put in the microwave for 8-12 minutes. Marinated pollock is ready! The dish is served warm.

Cold pollock under marinade

To prepare you need:

vegetable oil;

Pollock - 0.8 kg;

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Lemon juice;

Broth fish - 1 l;

Salt, pepper, sugar;

Carrots - 1 piece;

Leaf of laurel, carnation.

First you need to clean and wash the fish, then divide it into fillets. After that, once again, rinse well and dry with a paper kitchen towel. Now grate the pollock fillets with small pieces, sprinkle a little salt, spices, pepper and roll in flour. Then on all sides a little fry in oil, to form a crust of golden color. Then put the pieces of fish on a plate and allow to cool.

In the meantime, prepare marinade. To do this, you need to peel the vegetables and rinse. Now cut onions and carrots with straws or grate. Then put it on a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil until it is ready. When vegetables are ready to add tomato paste and spices to them. Stew marinade under the closed lid for 18 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Then add the vinegar, fish broth, salt and sugar. All boil and boil for a few minutes. After that, cool and pour marinade on fried pollock. Place in a refrigerator for several hours. The pollock is served under the marinade cold.
