Why am I crying in a dream?

The life of a modern person is filled with stress and various kinds of events. Of course, people used to experience such situations before, but they treated them more calmly. It is because it is considered only a feature of a person. Few people turn to the doctor with the question: "I scream in a dream. What to do?"

Meanwhile, every psychologist will say that this is a complex problem that requires compulsory measures. The most accurate cause of the problem is "screaming in a dream" - these are negative emotions that a person does not express during wakefulness. Psychologists advise as soon as possible to resolve this situation and to explain with the person to whom you experience negative emotions for a long time. If this is not possible, then resort to a written version. For this, a letter is written, addressed precisely to the one with whom you need to explain, and then burned. Having spent several times a written explanation, the problem of "screaming in a dream" is passing.

Who is predisposed to this state of night trance? First and foremost - these are people with an orientation toward others - introverts. They are sociable, cheerful, but very dependent on the opinions and actions of others. Also, we should not exclude those whose work is associated with great responsibility and communication with a large number of people. And, of course, children who are unlikely to say: "I'm crying in a dream", because Just do not remember this or do not realize the severity of the problem. Although, children's nightly fears - this is a very serious reason for parents to turn to a psychologist. And strangely enough, it was to parents, and then to children.

The fact that a child screams in a dream is not only from the strong shocks or emotions experienced in the last month (this is the maximum period during which the child can maintain a heightened sense of anxiety). It is not uncommon that an elementary separation from a mother, for example, during inpatient treatment or in a camp that does not like your child, can leave its imprint on the psyche and pour into cries in a dream.

Somnologists conducted a series of experiments in which they checked the psychological connection between mother and child. And found that it is often enough parents are to blame for the fact that the child cries in a dream. Their concern for anything, strong feelings, quarrels within the family, the little man feels even at a distance and if the parents are in another room. It is also worthwhile to reflect on your behavior to those who allow children with unstable psyche (under 12 years old) to watch a variety of films and programs with scenes of violence, shootings, horrors, etc. This necessarily affects the perception of the world baby. And most importantly - no adult games on the computer.

Another important aspect that causes crying in a dream is the mother's anxiety (she is more concerned with her baby than the rest of the family), waiting for these night trance conditions and constant monitoring of the night's sleep. That's why psychologists insist that children should sleep separately from their parents and, preferably, in another room.

If the mother herself educates the child or is very strict in this, other family members support such upbringing, and there is no discharge or consolation from anyone, then the cries in a dream will be a compulsory accompaniment of every night. Do not be zealous in strictness. Everything should be in moderation. And the child, first of all, should receive both reasonable punishments and comfort from the same person for certain actions.

Overexertion in childhood (school load, simultaneous visits to several groups with serious requirements, etc.) also leads to sleep disorders. Mother's experiences during pregnancy, night terrors, during which hormones are released into her body and penetrate the placenta, cause anxiety in the fetus, can upset the psyche even before birth.

And most importantly, what can be advised in this situation: find detente yourself and accustom to this child. So you not only save your psyche, but also improve your quality of life.
