Acting diet, or How art people lose weight?

Why the "acting diet"? It's very simple: it is very popular among actors, performers and dancers. The fact is that such a diet contributes to rapid weight loss, because its use by people of these professions is fully justified.

This diet is a mono-diet, because the diet includes a limited number of products, and the duration of their use does not exceed three days. Acting diet is based on the principle that for one day you can not eat more than three different foods. The very program of losing weight is quite tough, but, nevertheless, it does not lose its popularity even today.

As a rule, the effect becomes noticeable on the second day. The number of extra kilograms is reduced, and the figure in the volumes decreases. In addition, by reducing the size of the stomach, tightens the abdomen and muscles.

Actor's diet should start from the middle of the week, for example, on Wednesday or Thursday. This is due to the fact that in the diet of the last day includes red wine. Therefore, it is better to drink it when the days off come. Its use at the height of the working day is simply unacceptable. This can cause misunderstanding of your boss and cause a loss of work. It is better not to take chances. Among alternative methods of losing weight popularity, on a par with acting, enjoys a diet "every other day." It consists in the fact that you can eat almost all one day, but on the next day, limit the use of kilocalories by two thirds. These two methods allow you to achieve the fastest results in the loss of extra pounds.

A sample menu of the actor's diet can be presented in this form:

  1. During the first day, it is allowed to eat boiled rice and tomato juice, and the amount of food has no restrictions. Note that the actor's diet prohibits the use of salt, because the tomato juice purchased in the store is not suitable.
  2. During the second day, it is necessary to eat low-fat cottage cheese and yogurt. The amount eaten also does not matter.
  3. The menu of the third day consists of low-fat meat (beef, veal, chicken or turkey). It should be cooked in steam or simply boiled. Only green unsweetened tea is allowed from the liquid. Do not take it with additives, it is best to dwell on its traditional version.
  4. During this day, you need to eat hard cheese and drink a dry red wine. In addition to this drink, you need to discard all other drinks during the day. However, as practice shows, it is best to use orange juice instead of wine. The whole problem is that alcohol increases appetite, and after taking a certain amount of alcoholic strong-willed qualities are dulled. In such a situation it is very difficult to fight temptation. Therefore, it is better not to test fate and limit yourself to juice.

Acting diet, reviews of which exceed all expectations, has another option for food, designed for 12 days. The division takes place in four cycles, three days each. So, the first three days you need to drink only low-fat kefir. During this time weight loss can reach 4 kg. During the subsequent cycle it is necessary to eat boiled chicken or boiled fish. Then within three days you need to eat apples in unlimited quantities. Yellow and green varieties are best for this.

The last three days we eat only hard cheese and red dry wine.

Note that the use of the actor's diet is not recommended for hypertensive patients, because the wine raises pressure. But this problem is solved very simply, if instead of the program of the fourth cycle, use the program of the first.

This diet can be repeated only after three weeks. Although, as practice shows, no additional courses are required, because the result is fixed for a long time.
