Robusta grows in the forest area at a height of half a kilometer. The shape of the grains also differs from the above-described variety. The grains have an oval, almost circular shape. Drink from Robusta turns out to be bitter because of the high content of caffeine in it.

Growing coffee from grains

Many people are wondering how coffee grows at home. The coffee tree can be grown from grains. However, those grains that are sold in the supermarket will not work. For horticultural purposes you need to take a coffee fruit with seeds.

Then you need to go through several stages:

1) Free the grains from the flesh of the flesh. Dilute a weak solution of manganese and rinse seeds. If the seeds have surfaced, they are unsuitable for cultivation.

2) The sod land is steamed, mixed with sand and peat.
