What is bored piles?

Bored piles are very widely used in construction. They are cylindrical constructions, including reinforced circles that have a small diameter, as well as a series of longitudinal armatures, with a larger diameter. And now you can consider all aspects of their use.

At the moment, bored piles are used in the manufacture of pile works in order to prevent accidents. Their use has become especially practical and important when building foundations for houses. These products at the maximum level allow increasing the bearing capacity of the foundation. In the lower part of the structure, bored piles have an extension, which contributes to the improvement of their characteristics during operation.

Such piles are widely used wherever a high strength of the foundation is required, or in places of occurrence of bad soils. They allow, in turn, to reduce the cost of works, as well as the construction period of the building itself. They are successfully used in construction, where there are other structures near the building being erected. They allow to produce successfully with construction in cramped conditions, when it is not recommended to use some other technologies. When working with a foundation, such wells should be cased with inventory pipes, so that all surrounding buildings are protected from the load. Due to this there is no deformation of the seams, as well as the sifting of the walls.

Bored piles: technology and differences from boring piles

Very often bored and drill-injecting piles are compared, and even speak about their identity, but it is worth noting that this is not the case at all.

Buroinjection piles are one of the types of boron piles. They are designed to strengthen the monuments of architecture and buildings. Such piles minimally interfere with the design that already exists. It is advisable to use them when the structural calculations and strength of the pile are most important when the piles are not completely weakened when the concrete is poured during pouring or the soil gets poured. If we talk about drilling wells, for both types of piles it is produced using the same technology. However, in the case of injection piles, a special tool is required that has a through cavity inside.

Bored piles are installed with the use of special equipment. At the very beginning, a well is drilled, the depth of which is calculated based on the required length of the pile. For the equipment used, it is necessary to choose the correct diameter. If it is a question of independent drilling, then it is advisable to use a hand drill. Further it is necessary to form a special formwork and create a well. If the soil is very dense and does not crumble during work, then there is no need for it in the formwork. This type of soil significantly simplifies the task, since concrete can be poured directly after drilling, and above the ground surface it is required to install formwork. So you can make a headline for piles.

Special formwork devices must be created in case the well passes through the crumbling ground. In this case, you can use a ruberoid, folded into a tube of the required size. Further into the cavity of the future piles, it is necessary to insert the frame from the reinforcement, and then pour the entire structure with concrete, while its mark must be determined individually, depending on the features of the foundation. Bored piles are completed at this stage, and then it will be possible to proceed to the remaining stages of construction work.

This type of construction of foundations is used very widely in construction.
