What did the film "Fair Pioneer" directed by Alexander Karpilovsky tell us?

The film is called "Honest Pioneer". It's about those times when these words meant a lot - about the middle of the seventies of the last century. Once upon a time there were two boy-sixth graders in the neighborhood, they studied in the same class and were friends. Mishka's father is a great boss, while Dimka's parents build BAM, and the grandson's education is handled by a harsh grandmother. Boys as boys: alive and slightly disorderly, regularly falling for this reason in different stories.

Sawa

This is probably the main character of the film "Honest Pioneer" - an intelligent dog that saved drowning friends. In the river, the guys found themselves because of the ridiculous brawl, which they arranged right on the railing of the bridge. The first to fall into the water is not able to swim Bear, Dimka rushed to save him and almost drowned himself. It would all have ended sadly, if not for Sawa: the clever dog has safely pulled the boys out of the water. But, as it turned out, the new four-legged friend does not have a master, and he is in danger: the furrier Fly agaric wants to literally skin the poor dog. The boys take care of Sawa. The obstacle in the form of categorical refusal of adults to take the dog into the house generates an avalanche of troubles and problems for the boys and the dog. The film "Honest Pioneer" is also about the fact that adults rarely hear children. Sometimes only real trouble makes parents understand their own child.

First love

Let's return to the very beginning of the film "Honest Pioneer": the reason for the quarrel of friends was the love of Mishka in a classmate. Dimka snorted contemptuously and wondered: what did his friend find in this girl? Mishka stubbornly did not admit his Simatia. Because of whom did such passions flare up? The object, frankly speaking, is worthy in all respects: both clever, beautiful, and able to make friends (not afraid to go against the will of the principal, protecting the boys). And her dream is unusual. What did the girls want to become those years? Artists, doctors or teachers. And our heroine wanted to become ... a clown!

Earlier think about the Motherland, and then about yourself

This and similar slogans brought up in the Soviet era, the younger generation. There was no alternative: the public is always more important than the private. How to be in the case if this is private - saving a friend's life, let the four-legged? For two friends, the solution was only one: burn in a blue flame this "public", Savva must be saved by all means! As a result, Mishka, who fears the water horribly to save his friend and dog, crosses the river to save his friend, his father finally hears and understands his son, and the "demonstrative flogging", which the principal of the school arranged for friends, turns into a triumph of Dimka and Mishka. In the midst of the execution, a policeman appears at the school and announces that the boys helped to catch a dangerous criminal. The film "Fair Pioneer" is 2013 release, but the atmosphere of the seventies is recreated in it surprisingly accurately and carefully. Sometimes you look at the screen and find out your childhood.
