What books does Vera Chirkova write?

In the world of modern literature, it is not so easy to find and find something that deserves attention. As a rule, a book, a series or an author is chosen according to reviews and annotations, in which the necessary information is not always complete and truthful. But sometimes you can find an objective opinion based on feedback from readers. So, let's get acquainted with such an author as Chirkova Vera. And let's see if it's worth reading her books, or better to look for something else.

A little about the author

As the author Chirkov Vera Andreevna has been held for a long time, and many readers are familiar with her works through the Internet. But it is published relatively recently, in the printed version of her book appeared only in 2011, in cooperation with the publishing houses "Alpha-book" and "Exmo." It should be noted that there is almost no information about the author anywhere, or very little. It is known only that Chirkova Vera was born on October 27, 1948, the place of residence is called a different place: Volgograd, St. Petersburg, but the city of Luban is listed on the author's page.

Vera herself speaks more about her work than about her personal life. For example, the author honestly warns that her books do not suit lovers of frank bed scenes, fights in the style of bloody massacres, sadism in life and relationships. And also Vera Andreevna confesses that she believes in good and writes only good books with a happy ending, since others, in her opinion, "should not read, let alone write."

Books of Vera Chirkova: in what genre the author writes

In the literature today, there are so many genres, sections and subsections that you simply get lost. So in which of them can you find the books of Chirkova? First of all, this is a fantasy, a love-fiction novel, detective and humorous fiction. In every work of the author there is a love line, and in the majority - some kind of investigation.

Chirkova Vera has written quite a few books, many of them are united in a series, connected by a common plot and characters. The most popular of them were: Serpentine, Personal Secretary, Maglor and Sisters of Silence.

About books: the opinion of one reader

Chirkova Vera writes unevenly: some of the works are very good, maybe a little do not reach the highest mark, others do not even want to finish reading. One of the best, for example, can be called the series "Personal Secretary", consisting of three books. The title of this work conjures up thoughts about such an author as Elena Zvezdnaya, and you expect from the novel something in her style: a powerful man achieves a fragile girl. But here Vera Andreevna surprises the readers and presents the story of a very intelligent and active young lady and, in no way can be called otherwise, a noble prince. In general, a beautiful fairy tale has turned out.

Let's take another series, 4 books under the general title "Sisters of Silence". When you read the annotation, you are already looking forward to intrigues and investigations, cunning, and brilliant plans realized by spies from the monastery. But by the end of the first part you understand that the expectation was not justified. At the same time the series turned out to be quite good, by 6-7 points out of 10, someone even puts 8-10. But it seems that the author simply could not pull out the series, and she did not manage to fully embody the smart idea.

Another series - "The wedding is canceled" - can not please the reader in any way, and it's not about any bloopers or lack of interesting moments, but the book is basically not pleasant and does not carry.

Here is about such a gradation and for all other works: from "very good" to "could not finish reading".

Who should read the book Chirkova

  1. Fans of the section "Lovingly-fantastic novels."
  2. Readers who are familiar with such names as Kosukhina, Kuno, Medvedev and Zvezdnaya.
  3. Lovers of easy entertaining reading.
  4. Those who have already leafed through the books of this author, but did not find anything interesting for themselves, it is worth trying again. Chirkova has strong and frankly weak work, perhaps someone just was not lucky.

In general, you can evaluate all the works as good, and the author is considered to be strong "average". In any case, you will either like it, or you will not finish reading the novel. But there will be no desire to erase from the head all the latest information, as it happens after reading some modern works.
