Below left is the third cell, which is called "Urgent, but not important". Next to her on the right is the fourth cell - "Not urgent and not important". Next, all the cases need to be distributed among these quadrants. Interesting and somewhat unexpected is the following fact. S. Covey argues that successful people will first pay attention to quadrant 2 (according to him, this allows them to save time on other tasks).
