  • Part of turkey - shank with meat and bone - 1 kg;
  • Tomatoes - 0, 5 kg;
  • Onion - 0,5 kg;
  • Garlic - 4 large lobules;
  • Spices: salt, coriander, saffron (just a little bit), hops-suneli, classic sauce, or tkemali (10 g);
  • Fresh greens: dill, coriander, basil.
