It is customary to make alcohol tincture on purified medical alcohol or on good vodka. The concentration of alcohol in each case will be different. You can pour dried mint with pure alcohol and add to the tea only a few drops a day or, conversely, dilute alcohol with water and drink with spoons, for example, before going to bed.
