We divide the broken berries approximately in half and remove the bones from one half. We connect both halves. The bottle will be filled with 3/4 cherries, we will fill with forty-degree vodka, we will put it in the cellar for about a month and a half. After this period, the vodka is taken with salt, and the cherries are pressed through a canvas into a separate bowl. Let's settle. A day later, the juice is squeezed out and mixed with vodka. We will pick it up in bottles, plug it and put it in the basement. And we will not drink such a tincture earlier than in a year.

Tincture recipe for cherry

From the cherries, remove all the bones, pulverize the flesh and fold it for 2 days in a cool dark place so that the juice stands out. Then pulp we squeeze through the canvas, squeeze it together with crushed cherry bones. We remove the juice in the fridge, and pour the pulp with pits with vodka and leave for a day. After the resulting liquid is diluted with cherry juice (cooled) at a rate of 2: 1, add a little sugar to taste, mix well and filter through folded gauze.

Take 3-3.5 buckets of cherry, rewind and free from bones. Flesh carefully squeeze through a double gauze or canvas. We combine the squeeze with pounded bones. Add the cherry juice and a little sugar powder to the mixture, stir well and let it through the filter.

Take 5 liters of vodka, 25 g of cardamom, 65 g of cinnamon, 10 g of nutmeg, a couple of nails, half a liter of water and a half-liter jar of cherry pitted bones. Let's squeeze the juice from the fresh cherry, fill it in a container, let's settle, so that the thicket settles, and then strain it. We will pour the juice into a saucepan, add sugar and cook until third by boiling. Then add the cinnamon, cloves and seeds of cardamom, cover with a lid and potomim on a small fire, not allowing to boil. The resulting juice will dilute the vodka and let us brew for 2-3 weeks. If necessary, strain it through a fine cloth before feeding.

Tincture of cherries in vodka in a country style

Pulp of cherries and pounded pits filled with vodka. Fill the bottle prepared with a drink with fresh ripe cherries and fill them with spirals so as to cover the berries. Let's brew for a few weeks. Determine the readiness of the drink is simple - the vodka should stretch, stick to the walls of the bottle. Once this happens, the drink can be bottled. If the taste is too sharp, you can add sugar.
