What is considered a liqueur?

It is produced from juice, pieces of berries, alcohol or vodka, sugar, water in various proportions. The maturity period is from one month to a year for various recipes. Pouring is early, middle-ripening and late-ripening. Late-ripening refers to the filling of apples. It should ripen long enough: up to six months. In the food industry, apples are filled by the factory way. However, you can easily cook it at home. So it is even tastier and more fragrant. In addition, you can independently adjust the amount of sugar and alcohol and not use dyes and preservatives.

Preparation of products

To make the filling of apples tastier, you need to properly prepare the products for it.

  • My apples, we remove rot, we clean from the core and bones (some prefer to peel and peel, but it contains nutrients). We cut into slices.
  • As an alcoholic component, strong drinks are suitable: vodka, moonshine, cognac, diluted alcohol. But the best option is still vodka (quality, but not too expensive).
  • Water, if possible, use a spring or purified. But it is possible and from the crane. Then it will have to be boiled and cooled.
  • We take ordinary sugar.

A recipe for apple pouring (classic)

Ingredients: apples sour-sweet varieties - 2 kilograms, water - 2 liters, sugar - 1 kilogram, vodka - 1 liter.

Prepared slices of apples piled in a large container (glass or plastic). Boil 1 liter of water and cool. Half a liter of vodka, we dilute with water and pour apples. Cooking the syrup. It will take a kilogram of sugar per liter of water (cook on low heat for five minutes, taking off the foam). We cool. We connect the infusion, syrup and the remaining vodka. Stir and cover with a lid. Let a few days stand. Then it is already possible to pour into bottles and put them in the pantry.

Another recipe

In a large bottle we lay three kilograms of prepared apples. Vodka (liter) is bred in four liters of boiled water. We fill apples. We tie the bottle with a cloth from above. We put for two weeks in the sun, sometimes we shake the mixture. When the apple slices are raised, the liquid is filtered. Next, take a half kilogram of sugar and dissolve it in a liter of water. We cook for five minutes. The syrup is poured into the bottle. There - another liter of vodka. Stirring. You can once again filter and pour into storage bottles.

A few tips

  • Do not forget that the strength of the obtained drink should not exceed 20 degrees. Then he drinks easily, and tastes good. The presence of degrees is not difficult to measure with a special device. If necessary, you can finish the pouring by adding an additional amount of vodka (thereby securing it).
  • Also, the filling of apples should be in the pantry (or any other dark cool place) for up to three months. Then it is considered fully ripe.
