Third level

At the last stage, control is carried out throughout the enterprise as a whole. Activities are carried out in accordance with the schedule approved by management. The inspection is carried out by a commission headed by a technical supervisor. It includes the main specialists, employees of the OT service, representatives of the collective. At the third stage, a check is recommended:

1. Implementation and results of activities carried out at previous stages.

9. Provision of personnel with special footwear, overalls and other PPE, the correctness of their issuance, maintenance, washing, repair, cleaning.
10. Carrying out periodic medical examinations.
11. Provision of personnel with sanitary facilities.
12. The states of the corners along the OT.
13. Observance of the regime of rest and work, discipline.
14. The state of compliance with the rules of electrical and fire safety, sanitary and hygienic standards, etc.

At this stage, the OT instructions are also revised, and the trainers and specialists are instructed and tested.

Conclusion

As a result of monitoring, acts on disciplinary actions of employees who do not comply with the established requirements are drawn up, measures are being developed to improve working conditions with the appointment of their executors and the timing of their implementation. At each stage, independent tasks must be solved. At the next stage, the activities carried out at the previous level are monitored. The results of inspections are mandatory documented.
