This area of Novosibirsk has been renamed repeatedly. In the days before the revolution, she was named New Bazaar. From 1920 to the end of the Civil War, it was called Red, and then its name was dedicated to the victims of the revolution. When Lenin died, they named him after him. In 1935-1961, they dedicated it to Stalin, too, although they returned everything to their places.

This square of the city of Novosibirsk is decorated with the "Business House", which was completed in 1928. The purpose of this action was to organize a parking space for the visiting wagons and cars following the example of the Leningrad "Gostiny Dvor". Area of Kalinin

Many types of transport pass through this point. There is a metro station "Zaeltsovskaya", which is the final in the line of the Lenin line. This item is quite lively. There is an intention to organize here a stop of a tram moving at high speed in a southerly direction. It will pass through the Sibiryakov-Guards, Zatulinsky Massif. The final station will be the village of Ob'GES.

Building

Previously, you could see about fifteen designs with billboards. However, starting in September 2012, the municipality decided that the shields should be dismantled.

There are plans for ennobling the territory, located near the shopping center "Versailles". The authorities are planning to build a boulevard, where benches and trees will be planted. During April 2013, it was built here, and in October parking is launched, which can accommodate 450 cars. According to the plans, the operation was to begin in November 2012.
