The necessary dose for treatment is prescribed by the doctor. Usually in the form of a solution for injection, the drug is administered three to four times a day for 10 mg per quarter of an hour before meals. If the proper effect does not occur, these doses are gradually increased to 20 ... 40 mg.

Strict medical indications do not exclude the administration of the drug to children. In such cases, the medicine is given at the rate of a quarter to half a milligram per kilogram of the child's weight.
