Lin has very tasty meat, so many wonderful dishes can be cooked from this fish. It is used in cooked, smoked and fried form. Very tasty it turns out from a line of an ear: dense, rich. Good and fried in sour cream. The recipe for cooking can be different, but the result is equally gorgeous. Some consider the meat of this fish very useful and even healing.
Fried Lin
We take two carcass fish, one onion, one zucchini, eggplant, tomato and sweet pepper, lemon juice, spices to taste, flour and vegetable oil. Fish washed and poured with lemon juice. Leave it for 15 minutes on the sidelines. All vegetables are cleaned and cut into cubes. Then fry them in vegetable oil and simmer on a small fire for about 10 minutes. Fish are dried and rubbed with spices, and then we pour in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on each side. After that, reduce the heat and stew the line under the lid for 20 minutes. Do not forget to turn it over. In conclusion, we spread vegetables on the fish and extinguish them for another 5-10 minutes. It turns out an amazing tench. The recipe is uncomplicated, and the fish is delicious.
Lin in sour cream
The recipe is optimal for this fish. Sour cream makes the meat even more tender and tasty. Take half a kilo of this fish, 200 grams of good sour cream (fat depends on personal preferences), a little boiled potatoes, crackers, spices, greens and oil for frying. For the beginning we process a fish, removing internals, gills and mucus. Then it is well washed and dried. First you need to cook roasted roast. The recipe does not provide for certain spices, so you can take any as desired. We rub the fish with spices and roll in breadcrumbs.
Stewed tench
This fish is good and stewed. To do this, take 10 medium mushrooms, 1 kg of fish, two onions, two yolks, half a spoonful of flour, a little vegetable oil, a half glass of wine and spices. We begin with the preparatory work. We clean the fish, wash it and dry it. Mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Finely chopped onions. Spread the vegetables in the saucepan and let them in slightly. Then add to them chopped fish, which must be pre-salt and pepper. Add to these ingredients grated lemon peel and chopped greens. All pour dry wine. Stew fish can be on the stove or in the oven. A few minutes before the readiness should be added flour, ground with oil and diluted with water. After that, lay out the ready-made tench on the plate. The recipe assumes the preparation of sauce. Therefore, in the remaining liquid, add raw yolks, whilst constantly whipping them. Water the fish with the sauce. It turns out a very tender tench. The recipe can be supplemented with any vegetables and spices.
