Sweet pilaf: how to cook it?

Do you want to please your family with something delicious? Then you should cook a sweet pilaf for them. This is done in minutes and from the products that are in each refrigerator.

So, you decided to make a sweet pilaf for the whole family. We fully approve your choice. Now you need to prepare the following products:

  • 150 g of butter;
  • Dried apricots, prunes, almonds and raisins (50 g each of them);
  • Half a glass of pomegranate juice;
  • Rice (it is best to take unpolished) - 1, 5 cups;
  • 2 tbsp. L of sugar;
  • 1 carambola (if you have not found it in the store, then it's okay, you can do without it).

When all the ingredients are at hand, you can start cooking sweet pilaf. Take the specified amount of rice and thoroughly rinse it with tap water. Then we find a medium-sized saucepan, fill it with water, pour rice and boil it until half cooked. Now we need a cauldron (it is in it usually cooks a sweet pilaf with raisins). But if you do not have it at home, then the pan will do. We must melt 100 g of butter. In it we subsequently add Fig. All this carefully mix and tightly close the lid. Put the fire at minimum. Stew the rice until the sweet pilaf is completely ready. Constantly stir it, so that rice does not stick to the cauldron and is not burnt.

We take another frying pan and melt the butter in it (the remaining 50 g). Add almonds, prunes, dried apricots and raisins in any order. A little fry them, so that our sweet pilaf turned out delicious and fragrant.

In another saucepan, we will prepare a syrup consisting of natural pomegranate juice, sugar and carambola. This mixture we bring to a boil, and then cook for another 5 minutes. In the syrup, we need to add fried in butter fruit. All these ingredients are well mixed together. It remains to mix rice with fruit. That's all - delicious sweet pilaf ready.

Despite the fact that pilaf with fruit is prepared quickly enough, you can significantly accelerate this process. A modern electric appliance called "multivark" will come to your aid. Prepare a sweet pilaf there in a few minutes.

Of the products we will need: onions, medium-sized carrots, rice, raisins and dried apricots. First we take dried apricots and raisins, carefully washed under the tap and soak for a while. Then proceed to the preparation of carrots and bulbs. The washed and peeled carrots are best grated, and the onions cut into small cubes. In the multivarker we choose the mode of "meat". Now left to pour 1 tsp vegetable (unrefined) oil.

Vegetables lightly fry. In parallel with this, wash rice (you can take steamed or long grain). After washing, put it to the vegetables. We add water in such a way that it covers rice with vegetables.

Again, we turn to the multivark and set the "rice" mode on it. As for cooking time, the optimal option is 10 minutes. Tightly close our future pilaf cap, gently transfer the valve to the desired position and turn on the device. After 10 minutes the pilaf will be completely ready. But do not immediately remove the cover after the sound signal . Let the rice at least 20 minutes pokomitsya. You can install the heating mode on the multivark. As you can see, this fragrant dish is prepared very quickly.
