The Siberian anticyclone strongly influences the winter climate of the region. However, when compared with the foothills and valleys, it can be noted that the climate in this area is not so severe. The weather on the Seminsky pass is perfect for recreation. The average temperature in January is from -16 ^o C to -18 ^o C. And in the summertime the temperature ranges from +17 ^o C to +22 ^o C. Training center

In 1986, the training center for the preparation of skiers (biathlon, cross-country skiing, cross - country skiing) was organized on the pass. However, this training camp is known not only to professional athletes, but also to fans of outdoor activities. For the sixth year, snowboard and ski lovers come here (there is a rope tow and two 700 and 1040 meters long trails are laid). On the basis of the complex there is a rental of ski equipment.

Guests of the complex also have the opportunity to fry a shish kebab in special gazebos with barbecue facilities. All guests are offered to use the parking lot.

At the disposal of tourists are 4 trails with a length of 700 to 1020 meters, a height difference - from 140 to 205 meters. If necessary, you can use the services of instructors.

This recreation center also offers exciting sports activities: aerobics classes, wellness jogging, walking tours in picturesque surroundings, Russian bath with fir and birch whiskers. For fans of extreme sports, it is proposed to climb Sarlyk (2507 m), play sports on mini-football and volleyball.

The hostel "Dynamo"

If you go to the Seminsky pass, then you can also stay at the tourist complex "Dynamo". The base has three comfortable heated cottages, which consist of two sections with separate entrances, in each section there are 5 rooms. In total there are 22 main places in the cottage, and its maximum capacity is 66 people. There are double and triple rooms, where there are available half-beds, a table, chairs, bedside tables, a wardrobe. Shower, toilet and sink are shared throughout the section.
