Salute is a favorite show of all the nations of the world

The rockets that fly upward explode far into the sky, opening up with bizarre balls, smoothly dropping down, shimmering in different colors, leaving flickering lights or golden rain in the sky. Salutes are one of the favorite people's shows.

When the sounds of the first volleys are heard, everyone looks at the sky, trying to understand where it is launched from, run to the other side of the street, so that it can be seen better.

The history of the salutes

In ancient China salutes performed a useful function - drove away evil spirits. The first fireworks appeared there 2000 years ago. Light fiery rituals existed in Japanese, Indian culture, tribute was given to them in Greece and Ancient Rome.

But they succeeded in inventing gunpowder, studying its properties and the ability to obtain given results precisely the Chinese, retaining their leadership in this field for many centuries.

With the beginning of the use of gunpowder for military purposes, the art of making salutes also developed.

Salutes in Russia were a matter of national importance

In Russia salutes appeared in the 14th century under John the Terrible.

Funny fires, crackers were actively used on folk festivals and court festivals.

And during the reign of Peter the Great, the salutes became mandatory, since he issued a special decree that nothing should be celebrated without them!

Their development became a science, which engaged such scientists as Mikhailo Lomonosov.

Under Catherine II, the staging of fiery acts reached grandiose proportions. Contemporaries wrote that they did not see anything like this in Europe.

From the Revolution to Our Days

After the revolution, salutes are a completely state event. They were engaged only in pyrotechnics specialists, they were rarely produced.

But during the Patriotic War, since 1943, salutes began to celebrate the liberation of cities.

A holiday fireworks on Victory Day became a patriotic tradition, which only develops with time.

By May 9, the traditional volleys gathered thousands of people on the streets who were happy that they were hearing peaceful shots, and the lights of holiday lights, rather than explosions, were reflected on their faces.

Salutes are the joy of the soul and the culmination of any holiday!

Now the pyrotechnic industry provides fantastic opportunities to launch all kinds of fireworks on its own. Due to the huge demand every day there are new varieties of salutes.

For example, rockets taking off with a noise and a rumble can make a whistle, and after opening fading lights are long accompanied by crackling sounds.

For certain holidays, certain programs are selected, for example, for weddings, birthdays. Various volleys draw in the sky whole pictures and inscriptions.

However it becomes noisy

Salute in the city is a familiar phenomenon. In addition to public holidays, they end the festivities in parks, weddings, parties, programs in hotels and restaurants. Without them, the average corporate, shish kebabs at the dacha can no longer manage. But who will refuse such beauty if there are means for buying pyrotechnics!

But sometimes it seems that salutes become too much, especially when volleys are produced from the balcony of neighbors or a drunk company in the yard.

The reason for the love of salutes is their extraordinary beauty, festivity, and now accessibility.

On New Year's Eve it became a tradition after the battle of the chiming clock to go out into the streets and shoot off its rocket supplies. Within an hour a festive canon sounds, coloring the sky with fantastic lights, gradually enveloping the streets with clubs of descending smoke.

The best fireworks in the world

Organizing a grandiose salute is an expensive pleasure. On New Year's Eve, many cities of the world enter into an unspoken competition: whose will be better, longer, more beautiful. The Arab capitals are not trivial and immediately set the goal of getting into the Guinness book.

The history included 77,000 volleys produced in Kuwait in 2012, but Dubai adequately responded by launching 450,000 volleys in a 100-kilometer area. The best salutes can be seen at special festivals, which are held, for example, in Montreal, the Philippines. Millions of spectators gather at them.

In many cities special scenarios of New Year's fireworks are prepared, which are kept in great secrecy.

Despite a variety of grandiose shows, the most salute salutes are those that are associated with special experiences and holidays.
