But they only appeared relatively recently, and before this generation of our great-great-grandparents somehow managed without all that. And they managed to cook tasty and healthy food with the help of a single unit: a stove. The Russian stove is a real miracle, the center of the Slavic house. She warmed, treated and, of course, fed. It is difficult to put a Russian stove in modern apartments, but it can be replaced with an oven, which is practically for everyone. Its advantages are invaluable: the food is prepared in its own juice without adding a lot of oil, being washed on all sides by hot air. And even more advantage of ovens is the ability to load all the ingredients right away and do not interfere with the process anymore. So let's prepare something delicious and unusual in the oven, for example, salmon dishes in the oven - nutritious, useful and original.

The first dish is fillet of salmon in foil. We will need products such as salmon fillets, onions, greens, butter, spices.

Salmon should be washed, dried, cut into portions and rubbed with a mixture of salt and pepper. On a sheet of foil put the salmon, on top of the semicircle of onions and greens, all together tightly wrapped and put for 20 minutes in a hot oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. This recipe can be slightly modernized by adding vegetables, then it will turn out:

The second recipe is a salmon fillet in the oven with vegetables. For 500-600 grams of trout we will need: two onions and carrots, a glass of milk, butter, greens, spices.

For cooking dishes from salmon in the oven, fish as always mine, cut, dry, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Onions are half rings, carrots are on a grater. Heat the butter and lightly, until half cooked, separately fry the onions and carrots. In the baking dish, lay the carrots, cut into small pieces of fish, onions, with layers. All together pour milk and leave in a heated oven for half an hour. We take it out, sprinkle with fresh herbs, put it on the table. We accept compliments for such a delicious fish dish.

The third recipe is a shish kebab from salmon in the oven. He will need such products: salmon fillets, olive oil, olives, fresh dill.

Olives and dill chop, pour olive oil, put in this marinade small pieces of fillet for half an hour. On wooden skewers, moistened with water, so as not to burn, slice the pieces of salmon and put on the grate of the oven. Under the grate, you must put a baking tray with water, then the fish will be juicy and tender. Between pieces of salmon on skewers you can strum the Bulgarian pepper or tomatoes. Finished shish kebab well sprinkle with lemon juice. With marinades in general, you can experiment a lot and a long time. Wine, red or white, mayonnaise, olive or sesame oil, even tomato juice is suitable for salmon dishes in the oven. Salmon is not without reason called a fish, which is very difficult to spoil. So do not be afraid to experiment with this fish.

This fish in general has many interesting properties. Firstly, it does not accumulate harmful substances in itself, which means that its natural benefits can not be spoiled. And there's enough use, just imagine this fish contains 22 minerals, vitamins, fatty acids and the famous acid - Omega-3.
