It is to protect against such adverse consequences that a sand cushion is prepared, which prevents deformation of the structure due to soil movement.

Wells are drilled under the piles, and one should not forget that they immediately place asbestos cement pipes or roofing material, which act as a waterproofing layer. Inside, the reinforcement is inserted, after which the concrete solution is poured . It should be noted that pile fittings should protrude above the surface of the soil: when pouring the grill itself, it must be connected to its foundation.

After reinforcing the piles and the base, the entire structure is poured with concrete. In principle, such a structure with full justification can be called a ribbon foundation on piles. It should be noted that the tape itself is not flooded immediately after the completion of work with piles. To be more precise, the grill itself is concreted in about a week. Note that as a backfill it is good to use loose polystyrene foam, which improves the thermal insulation qualities of concrete.
