This material has a great resistance to corrosion, and therefore able to serve more than a dozen years. In addition, the metal in the roll is flexible enough, which makes it possible to mount a double fold. As we said above, it has increased strength and tightness, practically does not allow water to pass through.

Even if the folding roof is steep, the roll can be rolled out neatly, rather than dragging iron sheets separately at it with a life risk. In addition, in this case, the roof can also be used to pick up the folding machine: it is many times easier to walk along the entire rolled roll than to tinker with individual sections of the material.

Instruments

If you carefully read the material, you yourself could come to the conclusion about the special importance of the tool that will be used to twist seam seams. There are two main types of clamping devices: mechanical and electrical.

The overlapping of sheets should be not less than 40 millimeters, and it is necessarily established only on the bottom overhang. If you work with a ridge or a cornice, then each sheet must be fastened to both the upper and the lower bar on the crate. All the strips on the cornices and the end parts must seal the cavities under the roof. Mount them best with self-tapping screws with a rubber gasket. So they will not shake and will not fly away even after several years of service.

If you plan to use snow barriers or roof bridges, be sure to mount them on the joint of the sheets.

Remarks on the "body kit"

The edge and edges of the battens should be as straight as possible: before installation, be sure to check them with the help of a building level. The lowest board, which is called the cornice overhang, also should not have any curvature.

Cornices fasten immediately, without waiting for the beginning of the installation of folding sheets. Gutter holders, therefore, need to be attached even earlier. After that, crates are fixed on the crate, and their bases are neatly and tightly closed with a high-quality edging board.

Fronton should be fastened so that it closes the fold. Mount it should be on roofing screws, which have a durable rubber gasket.

A little bit about the ridge

If we talk about the skate, then its flat and shaped versions are allowed. In the case when the roof slope is more than 25 degrees, it is surely attached to reliable roofing screws. Attention! In those places that are closely adjacent to the wall, to other structures or pillars, it is necessary to lay a gasket of rubber or plastic film. For the same purpose, a plastic wall profile is used.
