And now it's the cooking time for a delicious cream. Mix homemade sour cream with sugar and whisk, generously grease the cakes with a fragrant cream, alternating light brown with brown. Now the most important thing is to hide the cake in the refrigerator and wait for it to become saturated with delicious and natural ingredients. You can decorate the cake in various ways, but the main theme in this holiday of cooking is natural, do not break it.

Another of my favorite cakes is "Napoleon" with condensed milk. I really love to cook it, and especially to eat. The recipe is simple, and now I will share it with you.Margarine (200 g) crumble with a knife, add 2 eggs, flour (2 cups), 1 dessert spoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons. Spoons of water, knead the dough. Send it to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Napoleon should be multi-layered and melt in the mouth, for this we divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out the cakes. To prepare the cream we will use 1 can of condensed milk with sugar and, of course, 200 grams of fresh butter and vanillin.

Condensed milk and grated butter on a grater is connected and added vanillin, whisked to a homogeneous consistency. Do not worry if the cakes are uneven after baking, when you collect the cake, it will even give it a special, natural look. Lather the creams with cream. Leave one on the powder. More it does not need to decorate, it is so beautiful!
