  2. If there are tainted places - cut. We remove the core and stem. Apples are cut into 4 parts.
  3. We throw the prepared apples in a pan and fill it with water. We put it on the fire and bring it to a boil.
  4. Reduce the fire in the currant. If the berries have already had time to start the juice, it is also poured into a container.
  5. We add sugar (once again we remind you that you need to navigate through the varieties of fruit, so as not to overdo it).
  6. We do not boil for long - literally about five minutes.
  7. We put it aside from the fire and let it brew (about an hour).
  8. Then again, we bring in the same ready-made compote of apples and currants to boil and immediately poured into prepared sterilized dishes, rolling up with lids. Then you need to turn the jars on the towel - well, everything is as it should when closing the conservation.

If you are going to drink compote from apples and currants at once, then you do not need to bring it back to a boil again. And as soon as I have insisted, I can cool down and I can use it.
