Separately boil the potatoes, add the whole mixture from the frying pan, put the laurel, a couple of black peppercorns and a pinch of saffron. Leave on a small fire for 10 minutes. Serve immediately with breadcrumbs or fresh bread.

Boil the fillet of salmon until cooked, adding a little celery or parsley root. Then remove the fish, and strain the liquid and put it back on the stove. Grate three melted cheese cakes and gradually spread in a hot pan. Peel potatoes (a couple of pieces), onion and carrots. The first ingredient is cut into cubes and sent to the broth, the remaining ingredients are ground and fried until red.
