Recipe for horseradish

Hrenovuha, being a bitter alcoholic beverage, which has a large fortress, is now widely distributed in Ukraine and Russia. People's love for this drink is determined by the simple way of cooking it at home, because the ingredients for its production do not require large investments.

Recipe hrenovuhi each family, and each version of the drink has its unrivaled quality and taste. The only thing that can combine all the recipes is the presence of horseradish, either grated, or cut into pieces, and vodka. This alcoholic drink has a huge plus - from it there is no hangover to the next after eating morning. In addition, horseradish helps purify the vessels of the brain, which excludes the appearance of headaches.

To date, in addition to the classic, there are a large number of varieties of this alcoholic beverage. Some recipes will be discussed in this article.

The recipe for classic horseradish

Ingredients: one liter of quality vodka or moonshine, two horseradish roots of medium size, twenty grams of sugar.

Horseradish is well washed and cleaned, cut into small cubes and left for a while to dry (you can dry it in the oven or remove excess moisture with a paper towel). You can use rubbed on a large grater or a root crop passed through a meat grinder, in any case, it must dry out.

Consider the recipe hrenovuhi. Take a bottle and put in it a prepared horseradish, add sugar and pour a liter of alcohol. The capacity is closed and put in a dark place for one week. It is not recommended to open the dishes before the due date, so as not to provoke fermentation. After a week, the mixture must be filtered.

Recipe hrenovuhi spicy

Ingredients: one and a half liters of vodka, one large horseradish root, three scallop peppercorns, four juniper berries, two clove buds, seventy five grams of honey, one chili pepper.

The root of the horse radish is cleaned and cut into circles, put in a bottle, add honey and a little vodka, shake well, add pepper, juniper, cloves and the remaining vodka. The bank is corked and put in a dry dark place for a period of four days to two weeks. It should be noted that the longer the drink is infused, the softer it will be. Before use, it is filtered and cooled.

Recipe for horseradish with garlic

Ingredients: seven hundred and fifty grams of vodka, one horseradish root, one celery stalk, four cloves of garlic, one stick of cinnamon, four peas of black pepper, seventy-five grams of honey, one lemon.

Horseradish is cleaned, washed, dried and cut into cubes. The steward is cut into circles, garlic is peeled, cut into halves, each of which is pressed down with a knife. With the lemon peeled.

All the prepared ingredients are put in a bottle, thoroughly mixed, clogged and cleaned in a dry place for one week, periodically shaking. At the end of time, alcohol is filtered, bottled and clogged. Store them in a cold place.

Alcoholic beverages at home: horseradish lemon

Ingredients: seven hundred and fifty grams of vodka, one horseradish root, one hundred grams of caramel syrup, a peel with two lemons, fifty grams of dill.

The root is cleaned and rubbed on a grater, put in a bottle and poured with vodka. The capacity is placed in a dark place for four days. When the time is right, cut dill, cook syrup from seventy-five grams of sugar and one hundred grams of water, cool it and add it to vodka together with dill and lemon zest. The bottle is shaken, clogged and left for one day. After a while, alcohol is filtered and cooled.

The preparation of moonshine at home is quite common today. It can also be used for such a drink as hrenovuha (instead of vodka).
