The abundance of fillings used today makes a bun favorite and popular for many. After all, despite the culinary preferences, you can choose a recipe for buns that will suit you. Of course, fillings from meat, fish, cheese, vegetables have a right to exist. But for many people the word "bun" is associated with sweet fillings: cottage cheese, jam, cherries, or it's just baking with poppy seeds, raisins, dried apricots, cinnamon. Such homemade pastries will be a perfect addition to the mug of your favorite tea or coffee.

Many housewives have their own tried and tested recipe for buns for years, but eventually they want to change something and try a new one. In this case, the recipe for luscious buns will come to the aid, which will be described in the article.

To obtain lush, tasty and fragrant buns we need: yeast (30gr or 1 packet of dry), one glass of warm milk, sugar (3-4 tablespoons), eggs (2pcs.), Flour (350-450 grams), A spoon of butter, salt. You can also add cinnamon, raisins, poppy seeds, candied fruits or dried apricots to buns.

The recipe for biscuits involves first making a spoon. To prepare it, heat the milk, it must be warm, but not hot, so that the yeast does not lose its properties. In warm milk we knead yeast, add a spoonful of sugar and a few spoons of flour. We mix everything thoroughly. We put the received weight for an hour in a warm place in order to come.

After our opara has approached, we add in it the remaining ingredients: eggs, sugar, melted butter and flour. All this is soluble. If desired, put raisin or dried apricots into the dough. Knead the dough. By consistency, it should be soft, not steep, uniform and smooth. You can achieve the necessary consistency by adding or reducing the amount of flour used. One of the secrets of a good yeast dough is the same temperature of all the products necessary for its preparation.

The mixed dough is covered with gauze or a wafer dish towel and we put it in a warm place without drafts in order to fit. After about 40 - 60 minutes, it should double, this will signal that the dough is ready for further manipulation. Next, we divide the dough into portions (one serving - one bun), which we form in the form of balls of the necessary size. In this form, let him stand for another 10-15 minutes and proceed to the formation of rolls. They can be just round, top with poppy seeds. You can make them spiraling, twisting the sausage rolls around the circle (like a shell in a snail) and sprinkle sugar on top. Or in the form of nodules - tying the 20-centimeter sausages from the dough into neat nodules. After the products are formed and laid out on a baking tray, grease them with whipped yolk with sugar. This will add extra shine and appetizing look.

Warm up to 190 degrees oven and place our products in it. Baking rolls will take about 25 minutes, it all depends on the size. If the crust has browned and become golden brown - this is a signal to what can be taken out. Ready products can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Recipe buns in itself is not complex and does not require any special ingredients, but it is very time consuming, because the dough should be approached several times.
