Any movement of a person's thought is conditioned by the information received, and any action is the result of reflecting the accepted information. Between perception and reaction lies the accumulated life experience, knowledge and skills: receiving and sending information is, above all, an unconscious process. Computer technologies have reached great heights, created many promising forms of presentation and algorithms for information processing, but all this still does not look like it has settled in human existence.

Using any program, a person, first of all, uses the experience and knowledge of the developer, understands it and acts on its algorithms. It is not comfortable. A person is not a user, it became customary to call those who more or less mastered the keyboard and became close to computer science. But even becoming a user, a person uses all the tools available to him in the best way for him. No one pays attention to such a disparaging attitude of software developers and information systems to their clients.

Adequate and absolutely real will be the attitude of the person to the developer of the program, who believes that the processing and transmission of information is his element.

User - almost always not a "kettle"

Receiving information by any program is a specific algorithm, and depending on how the user performs their part of the dialog, it depends what the program will send it as a result.

Here the formula "receiving and sending information" is not at all like it is customary, but as someone has established it. The process of program development is influenced by various specialists, but the end result is created by a programmer (developer).

The result is the professional experience of the creators and accumulated - third-party developers, because they use their experience on the following issues: storage and transmission of information, its analysis, the formation of solutions, the withdrawal of rules and so on.

It is sometimes incomprehensible to the mind how and who could suggest some form of dialogue that another program, website, script, user's information system, or rather, a person who has achieved social prosperity, objectively knows how to receive and use information in a manual manner, treats.

The prism of the knowledge of some unknown programmer teaches someone who knows how to live, what to do, how to receive and send information - it's like in the good old days: the eggs, by a miraculous whim, decided to poke a cock like a pecking grain.

A programmer is a work, not an experiment on information, its sources and consumers.

But the programmer is rarely a specialist

More recently, in the 90s, besides the revival and social upheavals, in the social space, at narrow then still informational spaces, the classic of the letter was dominated: the program, regardless of the style of writing, included the task of the customer and the programmer.

The customer provided the subject area, and the programmer formalized it and made an algorithm that had to be reworked many times before the process bored one of the parties. However, everyone was in business.

The advent of object-oriented programming gave everyone a chance to put everything on their feet. However, public consciousness was not ready to control the process. Naturally, programmers very effectively put fresh and promising ideas into the classic, familiar framework.

Instead of manipulating the customer's objects, the modern program manipulates windows, buttons, scripts, rules and other things available to the programmer. The customer again does not understand anything, again the programs are rewritten, are being finalized during the whole period of their existence. Again, all in business.

Dynamics of opportunities

Information was always accompanied by adequate tools. Apparently, this is not from the sphere that is known, but each stage of the development of mankind had an information space and means of manipulation in it. Managing information in general has not yet happened to anyone, but to influence the process of receiving and sending information - this is in any program (in any private sphere) without any problems.
