But do not get upset, because enterprising housewives have already come up with a lot of recipes for such a case. And one of them is the quick pickling of cucumbers in the package. But the main thing in it is not only that the salinity will be ready in 6-8 hours, but that any will cope, even the most inexperienced mistress.

So, for their preparation you need, of course, the cucumbers themselves - 1 kg, table salt - 1 tablespoon, garlic - 3-4 cloves and a large bunch of dill. And of course, the packaging, in which the whole process will occur, is 2 plastic bags. First you need to clean the cucumbers and cut off the tips on each side. Fold them in a bag, add salt, finely chopped garlic and dill. Tie and fold into another package for reliability. It must also be tied up. It's good to shake everything so that the spices are evenly distributed. Remove the cucumbers in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Periodically shake the package (so it's best to salivate).

But that the quick pickling of cucumbers in the package was a success for glory, it is useful to know some tricks of cooking. Firstly, not all sorts will fit. You should choose fruits 10-12 cm in size. Cucumbers must be even and of equal size. It is also very important that the surface be covered with pimples. Secondly, you must always remove the tips of cucumbers. This is done to ensure that the salt can penetrate inside, and out of the fruits have gone unnecessary pesticides. It is also very useful to soak the cucumbers for 2-3 hours before pickling. And the excess dirt will be washed away, and they will crunch perfectly.

Of course, some may be confused by the fact that the salting of lightly salted cucumbers in the package is done without a drop of brine. For those who do not think this method is fast enough, there is an option and quickly. Freshly salted cucumbers will be ready in just 3 minutes. In a half-liter jar, combine the vegetables, cut into small pieces. Add to them a bay leaf, a little dill, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a clove of garlic squeezed through a press, and one third of a teaspoon of salt. Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Close the lid and vigorously shake the jar for 3 minutes. This is probably the fastest pickling of cucumbers.

In the package, however, they turn out to be more crispy. But according to this recipe they can be cooked exactly for dinner or turn tasteless greenhouse cucumbers into fragrant and spicy. In any case, they will be an excellent addition to dishes from potatoes, especially if it is boiled. True, you can just crack a cucumber, remembering the past summer.
