Bananas are a product that is constantly on sale (regardless of the season) and has a quite democratic price. True, most of us use it in, so to speak, "pristine" form. But is this the only option? First of all, it is worthwhile to talk about whether bananas are generally useful or it is simply a "means" of satisfying hunger. So, bananas contain an impressive amount of substances useful for the human body.
This, for example, is a protein called tryptophan, which, when ingested, performs a whole range of useful tasks. So, tryptophan is transformed into serotonin (in other words, the hormone of happiness). In addition, tryptophan affects the quality of sleep (in the most positive way) and can act as the most harmless among the known antidepressants! And this unique tryptophan is involved in the production of growth hormone, also called somatotropin (if you are already 25 years old, you probably will not grow, but to build up, getting rid of a couple of long-boring extra pounds, somatotropin will help you). Well, we should not forget that bananas normalize blood pressure and improve the activity of the heart and blood vessels (thanks to the same tryptophan).
In addition, bananas contain potassium, without which the normal functioning of the body is difficult to imagine. And also - natural sugars (namely glucose, supplemented with fructose and sucrose). And to all - even fiber. Consequently, bananas are an excellent "energy", which will allow you to be full of energy and workable! Like this! But what to cook with bananas so that they do not lose their usefulness? Strictly speaking, you can not cook anything from them, but simply use the banana by itself. From bananas, you can cook a lot of desserts. The simplest is bananas with cottage cheese and sugar. All the ingredients just need to be mixed in proportions appropriate to your taste. The resulting cocktail should be placed in a glass with a small amount of ice. The entire cooking process takes no more than five minutes!
Also a salad of bananas, pineapples, apples and grapes is very good (and at the same time useful). It is prepared to surprise simply! Banana must be cleaned and cut into plates, pineapple and apples - slices, and grapes can be left in its natural form (only use seeds without pits). All products are mixed and seasoned with yogurt or condensed milk. You can also use maple syrup as a dressing !
