Champignons often visit our table. This is understandable. These mushrooms are never poisonous. They are very affordable. Preparation of mushrooms does not take much time. Despite the fact that the champignons are not as fragrant as the mushrooms collected in the forest, they are very tasty, rich in amino acids, proteins and other useful substances.

What can be prepared from champignons? Soups, cutlets, salads, hot snacks. Mushrooms are perfectly combined with meat, vegetables, so the palette of dishes with them is almost limitless.

Stuffed mushrooms will be a good decoration of the table . Preparation of champignons under this recipe takes about an hour, and a set of products can be found in any refrigerator.

Required:

  • Champignons are very large - 1 kg;
  • Boiled chicken meat - 200 g;
  • Cheese - 150 g (or 2 processed cheese);
  • Onion to taste;

  • Puree or wheat cereal - 4 tablespoons;
  • Dry wine - half a cup;
  • French mustard sweet - 1 spoon;

Cover the boat with a greased half-loaf and send it to the microwave.

Cutlets from champignons.

To cook them, you need to cut the mushrooms finely and extinguish them without oil, until the liquid is almost evaporated. Sprinkle 2-3 spoonfuls of manga, torment, until the liquid is gone.

In a separate frying pan, fry the onion until golden. Mix the manga with mushrooms and onion, add spices to taste, mold the cutlets until the mass has cooled. Cutlets crumble, fry in oil until a ruddy crust. Fold in a saucepan, pour a mushroom or sour cream sauce, put for 10 minutes in the oven.

The sauce is also made from champignons.

The flour is browned and allowed to cool. In the meantime, grate the mushrooms on a small grater and fry them on a large quantity of butter, preferably creamy. Add the lemon juice to taste, pour in the broth. When it boils, add roasted flour and spices. After 10 minutes remove from the plate. Will only blend it, and then pour sauce any dish.
