Pregnancy 4 weeks: important and useful information!

What is a pregnancy of 4 weeks? Despite the fact that during this period the fetus is at the earliest stages of development, it is possible to identify a large number of changes that occur in a small organism.

When the pregnancy is reached 4 weeks, the blastocysts penetrate deeper into the walls of the uterus. At this stage, the formation of amniotic cavities, which then fill with amniotic fluid.

The fetus is 4 weeks pregnant, namely, the fetal cells in pregnancy 4 weeks gradually change, resulting in different shells. Of these shells will be "folded" organs and parts of the body of the baby. There are only three embryonic layers. The first of these, ectoderm, serves as the soil (base) for the formation and formation of the nervous system, skin, hair and brain. The second - the endoderm - serves to form the liver, gastrointestinal tract, thyroid and pancreatic glands. The third leaf - mesoderm - will be the basis for the development of bones of the skeleton, muscles, circulatory system, connective tissues and the genitourinary system.

One of the main modifications that the embryo undergoes at this stage of formation is the formation of a primary stripe, from which the spinal cord and the brain will subsequently develop. At 4 weeks of pregnancy, you can already determine where the torso is the embryo, and where the head is.

What changes occur in the body of a woman? At 4 weeks she may not yet know that she is pregnant, and wait for the beginning of the menstrual cycle. Nevertheless, time goes on, but there is no menses. Appearance also does not give out any signs of pregnancy, at this stage the stomach does not change. Uzi at 4 weeks of pregnancy does not give a definite result. In short, pregnancy 4 weeks is invisible to others

What are the first symptoms during pregnancy? The woman has a decline in strength and general fatigue, which appears in the intervals between the habitual state and well-being. Sometimes the condition of a pregnant woman is similar to that of PMS. And here comes the time of the beginning of the menstrual cycle, but nothing happens. This means that the fetus produces a special hormone that prevents menstruation. This hormone is responsible for everything that happens in the body of a pregnant woman and is called human chorionic gomatropin (hCG). At the beginning of pregnancy, the level of this hormone will increase rapidly and will reach its maximum already in the tenth week. HGH hormone is a kind of stimulant of the yellow body and favors the development of hormones necessary for the development of the fetus (estrogens and progesterone). At a time when the placenta and fetus system will be able to independently create the necessary hormonal background, the need for the presence of the hormone hCG will drop and the level of its presence in the body will decrease markedly.

The presence of hCG in the blood allows tests to show a positive result in determining pregnancy. In order to obtain an accurate result, the test should be used after one day of menstrual cycle delay (if the cycle is regular). To determine pregnancy, you can take a blood test. Signs of pregnancy can be about the same as with PMS: swelling and some tenderness of the chest, weight changes, discomfort in the hip, excessive discharge from the vagina, frequent urge to urinate, nausea in the morning, mood swings.

It is worth remembering that weight during pregnancy can fluctuate markedly, so you need to be ready to increase it. This is useful for the fetus, as well as for the pregnant woman. Most importantly, the weight should increase gradually. Eat right, do the exercises and your pregnancy will pass easily!
