Political views of the ultra-conservative are what?

Recently, more and more people are interested in social processes and politics in particular. At the same time, the importance of understanding what is happening and the need to acquire one's own convictions and systemic views comes to the forefront. Proceeding from these processes, the significance of the word "ideology" is constantly growing.

What is ideology?

Ideology is a cumulative concept that includes a system of moral, legal, political, philosophical, aesthetic, and religious beliefs that determine a person's attitude to the surrounding reality and the ongoing processes. Simply put - a system of relationships between people (their groups or classes) with other people and the world around them.

Political ideology

Political ideology is a certain interpretation of political and historical events from the point of view of a particular political class (often ideology is formed under the influence of the ruling political elite). It is represented by political theories, ideas, interests. The ideology has its own internal structure and is represented by the following components:

- The theory of political processes ;

- object of aspiration (idealization);

- symbols of a political idea;

- concept of development of society.

For example, political views of the ultra-conservative are a set of ideas aimed at preserving existing political symbols, ideas and aspirations with the unchanging concept of social development.

Below are the current political views.

Liberalism

The basis of this political movement is the maximum respect for the individual person. Minimized any influence of the political regime on human rights and freedoms. The main tenets of the current liberalism include the following.

1. The most important value is human life (while people are absolutely equal and have the same rights and responsibilities).

2. The existence of inalienable rights and freedoms (the right to freedom, private property and, of course, life, which is always above the interests of the state).

3. The relationship between a person and the state is of a contractual nature. At the same time, the principle of the rule of law is observed.

4. Availability of free market relations with unlimited competition.

The concept of liberalism is identical with the notion of "freedom" (it is the key to the progress and development of society). That is, the political views of the ultra-conservative are the complete opposite of the liberal ideals of the development of society.

Socialist democracy

The main idea of the Social Democrats is solidarity and social justice. This movement has Marxist roots. Looking at this ideology through the prism of modern trends, we can conclude that the postulates of the socialist theory are very similar to the liberal ones. However, the emphasis is on supporting unprotected strata of the population, economic equality and narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor through the reform of capitalist society.

Communism

Under communism, public interests are placed above individual interests. In this case, such basic values prevail.

1. The supremacy of public interests (the lack of individualism).

2. The class principle of relationships in society (preference is given to the working class).

3. The Communist Party is the only ruling party under communism.

4. The principle of equality of results (do not confuse with equality of opportunity in liberalism). That is, the special abilities and abilities of a person are practically not taken into account, there is no individual approach.

In countries where communism exists, political views are ultraconservative. This means unwillingness, and sometimes impossibility, to develop and modernize both the economy and society as a whole.

Nationalism

This refers to creative nationalism, which contributes to the rise of national consciousness. It is based on the comparison of the country's territory with the population residing on it with a certain nationality. Promotes the cohesion of the population on a national basis, its geopolitical identification. Dangerous is the flow of this idea into an attacking form, when representatives of other nationalities are persecuted. However, these are already features of fascism and Nazism, which we will consider below.

Fascism and Nazism

It represents an extremely aggravated and militant form of nationalism. Characterized by persecution on the basis of nationality, extremely harsh racism, persecution of the opposition, the prevalence of state-monopoly methods under the guise of social demagogy.

Conservatism

The political current, which is characterized by the complexity of making critical decisions, political stability, respect for private property and complete non-acceptance of revolutionary changes. The desire for sustainable development without fundamental changes is the main idea of politicians with conservative political preferences. Ultraconservative views, in turn, are even worse compared with various kinds of changes and transformations.

Anarchy

This course provides for a waiver of the state in any form. The development of society will take place at the expense of voluntary economic, spiritual and commercial relationships between people.

Ultraconservative views

We examined almost all the main political views of our time. It remains to understand what the ultra-conservative views mean? What can be expected if the ruling class has political views that are ultraconservative? This is a foreshadowing of the fact that practically no reforms will be successful. The main idea of the development of society lies on maintaining old traditions and customs, as well as on military power. There is an uncompromisingly negative attitude towards any kind of innovations.
