Bake for 40 minutes. Pie with saury served hot or cold.

A very delicious cake will come from a yeast puff pastry. You can buy it in the store and unfreeze it before use. The saury cake will be ruddy and beautiful, if it is greased with a mixture of yolk and water before baking. Ingredients:

  • 1 package of yeast puff pastry, divided into two identical parts;
  • 2 cans of canned food from saury, fish kneaded into small pieces;
  • 1 large onion, cut very finely;
  • ½ teaspoon of tea water;
  • 1 raw egg yolk of a chicken egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
