Pie with cowberry - recipe

Cowberry is known as an acidic and slightly bitter berry. Most often used in cooking for cooking jam or jam. Thanks to the large content of vitamins, it is very useful and nutritious. If you want to simultaneously be saturated with vitamins and get a delicious treat, I suggest you try to bake a pie with cranberries. The pie recipe is pretty simple to prepare.

Pie with cowberry - home cooking recipe

In order to prepare the dough, we will need: one packet of butter, 400 grams of sifted flour, two eggs, a glass of sugar, a half teaspoon of lemon.

Filling for pie: two glasses of cowberry, half a cup of sugar, a little flour for crumbs. We spread the cowberry in a colander, gently wash it and leave it to make the glass water.

Preparation: soft butter thoroughly rub with sugar to create a light air mass. Whipping, add eggs and lemon juice alternately.

After this, slowly fall asleep with flour and begin to knead the dough. We choose the form in which we will bake a pie with cowberry. The recipe assumes a round cake, but you can pick up any baking mold. The form is well oiled and lightly sprinkled with flour so that the cake does not stick to the bottom. We put the dough into two equal parts and put one of them into the mold. The dough layer must be at least one centimeter.

Dry cranberries are mixed with sugar and spread on the surface of the dough. The remaining dough is mixed with flour and fingers grind it until crumbs are obtained. Spread it evenly over the berries. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, put a glass of water in it and bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Give the cake to the table hot and cold.

Open pie with cowberry

We will need: two glasses of milk, a bag of yeast, an incomplete glass of sugar, three eggs, a packet of margarine, a bag of vanillin, flour, a teaspoon of salt and cranberries.

Preparation: the first step is preparing the spoon. To do this, dilute the yeast in a glass of milk, add sugar, and a half cup of flour and leave for half an hour in a warm place. As soon as the opara rises, add the remaining milk, eggs, sugar and salt. We mix everything well and add the softened margarine and vanillin.

Then gradually pour in the flour and begin to knead the dough until it sticks to the hands. Then cover with a clean towel and leave for an hour to come. It is very important not to forget during this time to crush it a couple of times.

We take the ready dough, divide it into two unequal parts. The part that we put more on the baking tray, pre-wrapped with parchment paper, and make the edges of the edges. Lubricate the surface of the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and evenly spread the berry.

From the second part of the test, make any decorations, spread them over berries and grease with beaten egg. Heat the oven to 190 degrees and set the baking cake for half an hour. As soon as the pie is lightly browned, grease it again and bake until ready.

Sand cake with cranberries

For the test you will need: a pack of softened butter, 120 grams of powdered sugar, two yolks, one egg, half a kilogram of sifted flour, half a glass of low-fat sour cream, a half teaspoon of soda, a table spoon of vinegar, a pinch of vanillin and salt.

For the filling: 150 grams of sour cream, half a kilo of cranberries, two yolks and two tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Preparation: thoroughly rub the egg yolks and egg with sugar powder and add oil. Then we pour flour, vanillin, slaked soda, add salt and mix the dough into this mass. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour and distribute the dough over it using a spoon.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and set the bake for 20 minutes. We are waiting for the cake to cool down a little, lubricating it with sour cream and laying berries. Lubricate the cake with whipped with sugar powder.

Now turn on the oven for 160 degrees and put the cake for 15 minutes. We bake until the squirrels become tender pink. As a result, a delicious pie with cranberries is obtained.
