Phenobarbital: instruction.

"Phenobarbital" is a sedative and hypnotic drug. Also used as an anticonvulsant. In addition, it has a miorelaxing, antihyperbilirubinemic and spasmolytic effect.

Due to the fact that this drug is an inducer of enzymes for microsomal oxidation in the liver, it helps to reduce the concentration of bilirubin in the serum.

Produced in the form of powder and tablets (0.005 grams for children and 0.1 and 0.05 grams for adults).
